    My UX/UI projects often focus on internal company processes: I work upstream to make team workflows smoother and more efficient.

    For example, I designed intuitive banner builders for targeted advertising, enabling the marketing team to quickly produce tailored visuals without needing a designer each time. Another example is a presentation creation tool for an online educational platform, allowing hundreds of teachers to customize their slides in just a few clicks.

    These tools remain largely invisible to the end user, but they save time and reduce errors. It’s this kind of subtle yet tangible impact that truly motivates me in design.

    Student Support Chatbot

    Netology — a large online education platform (130K+ students)

    Overview:
    This product explores whether an instant-response chatbot can increase student motivation, reduce delays, and ease the workload of tutors.

    Authors: Anna Poletaeva and Denis Shatalov

    My role: I conducted user interviews, analyzed the findings, and developed the initial chatbot wireframes.


    Creation of Two Distinct but Graphically Cohesive Email Ecosystems

    Netology — a major online education platform (25,000–100,000 emails/day)
    1. Marketing / Conversion Division
    Objective: Manage the entire user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → monetization).

    2. Education / Support Division
    Objective: Maximize educational engagement, reduce early churn, support learner progression, and motivate students throughout their learning journey.

    Modular Banner Builder in Figma

    Netology — major online education platform (+700 employees)

    Overview: A no-code tool for creating marketing banners in 5 minutes, designed for in-house designers and marketing teams without advanced graphic design skills.

    Author: Anna Poletaeva

    Role: I designed the wireframes and interactive prototype in Figma, iterating based on user testing. Data is entered once and automatically generates 40 different banner formats.
    Unified Educational Presentation Templates 

    Netology — major online education platform (over 300 courses available online)

    Objective: Rapid creation of cohesive, branded educational presentations for the six main departments (Design, Data, Marketing, Development, Business, Analytics).
